Our dryer started making a terrible sound and we had no idea what was wrong. So I reached out to Home Stars and Green Star was one of several replies. I am very pleased we selected them! They were so prompt with next day service. They gave me a time window, called to say they would be there at 1 pm arrived at that time, assessed the problem in seconds, and had it fixed and done in about 20 minutes! Ronan was friendly and polite. He explained the fix, the price and completed the work. I appreciated the little touches like the shoe coverings and the area was left very tidy. I would certainly recommend Green stars to friends and use them again, when needed.

Roman was amazing! He was extremely professional, knew exactly what as wrong with my dishwasher and had it fixed right away. He was very pleasant and gave me helpful info. Roman is experienced and knows what he's doing. He knows immediately what was the problem with the machine. He is honest to tell me that he got the part a little cheaper than what was initially estimated and charged me only for how much it was. Overall a great experience with Roman and will definitely recommend his services.

Roman was great and got to the root of the problem. He came prepared with a new burner for my stove but after testing and evaluating the issue determined a new burner was not needed. Really appreciated the honesty and professional service.
