Roman was very prompt in answering my ad. He arrived exactly when he said he would, was excellent about communicating every step of the way and helped understand what the issue is with my washer. I would recommend him very easily.

Roman contacted me promptly about my washing machine that would no longer spin. We discussed repair options by text and he came to check the machine the next day. When we determined the possible repair was not feasible, he helped me take the broken washer to the curb. All COVID protocols were followed. We also discussed possible options for replacing my washer. I would use Green Star for future appliance repair work I might need.

Roman arrived during the time he has said. He determined that it was the heating element of the unit and replaced it promptly. He has excellent manners. I would recommend Roman.

Ice build up in the freezer, fridge would get warm causing the freezer to stop working.

Roman came very quickly after my initial call. The part had to be ordered. Initially was told it would take a couple of months to become available. Then Roman phoned me to say that it had come in much more quickly. He came, installed it and the dishwasher now works very well. Thank you, Roman!

We had previously diagnosed our problem (the bake element on our oven was broken), and found the replacement part at a supply store. Roman responded very quickly to my HomeStars request. He offered to pick up the replacement part from the supply store for me (to save on shipping), and brought it with him to fix my oven. Unlike other companies, he trusted that we had already diagnosed the problem, and did not demand to come twice (once to diagnose the problem himself and once to fix it). Within 24 h of contacting him, the oven was fixed! Thank you Roman!

Electrical panel. Planning on kitchen reno next year and probably a smaller fridge so unlucky to have it give problems now .. thought pricey but it is all computerized so not surprised . Works fine now and put in new bulb too
Overall very pleased as no food lost ..came first thing next day .
