I submitted a service request through HomeStars on Saturday afternoon, and received a prompt response from Roman. He diagnosed the problem on Monday afternoon (broken motor) and fixed the dryer on Wednesday afternoon.
I was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and customer service, and will definitely contact Green Star again.
