TLDR; Roman is prompt, honest, and knows his stuff. I wish the rest of the repair industry was like him. Hope he takes on some apprentices so there will be more like him.

Our refrigerator had been pooling water for a few months, so we called Roman to come have a quick look. Roman responded that night and came by the next day even though it wasn't that urgent.

Was totally expecting something would have to be replaced, but he quickly took a look at it, and said the drain just needed a steam cleaning. He ran back to his truck, grabbed a steamer and unclogged everything in about 3 minutes. He even told us common problems to expect with the refrigerator and how to fix them ourselves so we wouldn't have to call him. It was just $69 for the service call - which was more than worth it.

I hope Roman can build out his brand and team, his way of working and manners would be totally worth at least $90/$100 for a service call by him.
