Found them online and they were very quick to reply when I sent in my questions. I went with their finance option and so far so good. I've had the panels installed now for a few weeks so it hasn't been too long, but I haven't had any problems. Everyone I talked to on their team was also very pleasant and professional. Happy I went solar.

I really appreciate Polaron’s dedication to their customers. I’ve had my panels for a couple of years now and this year we found lower production from several of our panels that turned out to be sensitive inverters that detected grids instability that triggered some protection. They helped me remotely access and change the parameters and my inverters are working fine now and producing normal numbers. Nice to see I can rely on them to help maintain my panels even after all this time since the installation.

10 days in with a 10 kw system and I love it. We only used 146 kw from the grid and provided our power during the days plus sent out about 400kw to the grid for storage. Days are getting shorter and some cloudy but still love the output. Great professional company to deal with the hole way through, along with friendly to talk along with informative. We would very highly recommend Polaron Solar Energy. Monthly is $160.44 over 12 years. Pretty well pays for itself. :-)

Very happy with our solar panels and the savings they provide us. It was a pleasant surprise to see them overproduce electricity every month but we definitely love the extra money in our pockets. Highly recommend installing solar panels and going with this company. They offered us a nice plan and were great to work with!

We’ve had a solar panel system from Polaron for several months now and we still love it. We were initially worried about using their web application to monitor our panels. Neither I or my wife are very tech-savvy people, but everything is super easy to use and navigate and makes the experience of owning solar panels much more gratifying.

Polaron is very easy to work with and the panels we have now have been working great so far. We were a little overwhelmed at first with all the forms and applications, but they took care of everything for us which made the whole process very easy. There were a couple of hitches when covid hit but they would reach out whenever there were delays and I liked how responsive they were when I had concerns. Overall a very good experience working with them.

The company was great to work with and was very helpful with recommending the best setup for my needs, but they were also willing to listen to my requests. They came out and performed the site survey which was very thorough. I talked with the team that day about having more panels facing the front of the house, and they helped me get everything set up the way I wanted it. I’m really happy with the product. The customer service and attitude of the team went above and beyond.

Panels were installed by sunly. Team was informative and courteous. Check-ins before each step of the project kept us informed on what to expect and when. Very pleased with our system.

Researched several companies and chose this one. They were friendly, informative and helpful. All the technicians were skilled and knew what to do, explaining their tasks in the process. This is not a quick process so be patient. I went through the solar program and paid about $500 up front and have a 0% interest rate for the length of the loan. There was a mix up which with one phone call was quickly rectified. NSP was probably the longest wait but Covid had a lot to do with that. I am happy with NSP bill !!!
