Toronto Drains & Waterproofing.

I needed to connect my new fridge to the water system. Toronto Drains and Waterproofing answered quickly to my request. Trevor was very professional, friendly and efficient.

I have used Trevor from Toronto Drains & Waterproofing many times. He is amazing and honest and professional and very competitive pricing. He has done both big jobs and small jobs for us. Large jobs included replacing main drain as there were tree roots growing through them. Small jobs entailed replacing vanities, toilets, faucets, sinks unclogging drains etc. I am very happy with this company and will continue to use them for my future plumbing projects! They show up on time, clean their mess and return when they say they will to get the job completed.

I experienced a toilet leak into my basement closet during the winter holidays. I emailed a few plumbers nearby my area on Sunday evening and Trevor was the first person to call me back promptly on Monday morning. Trevor was able to diagnose the issue based on my photos and provided me with a very competitive, fair and transparent quote to complete the work. I agreed to proceed with the work and Trevor came by on Tuesday morning to fix the issue and retrofit my old toilet piping. No more toilet leak! His plumbing knowledge, workmanship and attention to detail is incredible! Throughout the entire process, Trevor was polite, transparent and upfront with the scope of work and the costs associated with completing the fix. With respect to Covid health and safety protocols, Trevor was fully masked the entire time in my house and kept his distance when speaking to me. My wife and I felt safe having him complete his work in our house.

It was a pleasure using Trevor and Toronto Drains & Waterproofing to fix my toilet issue and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again for any future plumbing problems or household retrofits!

Trevor and his team did a great job. He showed up on time, and finished the job on time exactly like he had stated in his estimate/quote. During the installation of the bathroom and kitchen drains, Trevor thought that the existing pipe would make my dry wall installation more difficult and it wouldn't look as good. He pointed it out and spent the extra time/ effort to hide it into the wall.

Overall ,his prices were fair, he was very professional, knew exactly what he was doing, and he was very efficient with it. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Trevor has to be one of the most honest trades people I met. He diagnosed a blockage in our drain and instead of just throwing a quote out he took the time to explain and accualy showed me with the camera!! It was clear what needed to be done and he even helo with our government rebate prosses. He was available by phone when I had a question and was prompt and professional with his work. Work compleated was a pipe burst to the main line and backwater cut off.
