Sam provided us with a quote for new ceramic tile in our kitchen, and was knowledgable enough to point out potential issues and ways to solve those issues, which meant there were no unpleasant surprises.
The work was done ahead of time, it was originally expected to take a week but it only took four days, which is amazing when you're living without a kitchen!
We are very happy with the results, it looks great! Sam is a very kind, polite, reliable person to deal with, and I would recommend hiring him to anyone who needs new flooring.
