D.A.D. HVAC

This was my second time using DAD HVAC. Originally recommended to us through our neighbourhood social group, we couldn’t be happier with the level of professionalism, honesty and education that Derek has provided us. Our heat wouldn’t work and the usual checks didn’t seem to identify any issues. We called Derek and he attended next day. The communication to keep us posted on when he was coming was really appreciated. Derek diagnosed the issue right away but really took the time to explain what was going on, he showed me how the system was supposed to run and what exactly my issue was. As a new home owner, I really appreciated this. Derek returned the next day with the part and had our heat going in no time. Again, he didn’t rush or try to up sell me on a bunch of things (very different from the big companies). If you want an honest, top notch Hvac service, I highly recommend DAD. I’m happy to support a local independent company that provides a high quality service. I won’t be using anyone else!
