I had the absolute pleasure of working with Mohammed and his team for our kitchen renovation. From start to finish, this was by far one of our best renovation project. We had a beautiful new kitchen within a week of demo and at a very reasonable price. The team worked hard, fast and were always careful at making sure the reno site was kept clean. It is very clear that Mohammed and his team are committed to making sure you are happy with the outcome. Quality and efficiency are of top priority to these guys. The team at Dreamy White Kitchen are simply fantastic. We were looking to refresh our kitchen and opted to reface our cabinets. Mohammad walked us through the process and explained the materials, and install quite clearly. We decided to move forward and thats when Hamid and his team took over. The entire process was pleasant with this professional team. The team was very efficient in all of their communication and coordinations, no time wasted, everything completed on time and exactly as described. Theyre very meticulous and pay very close attention to every single detail of their work.

Another thing that I appreciated very much was the cost saving ideas that they shared with us. During the sales process for example, they didnt push for a complete redo of the kitchen, even though it would have been easier and more profitable for them. Instead they suggested multiple cost saving ideas and helped us focus on what would bring the most bang for our buck. This was really great and we appreciated it very much. But heres how they then took it to the next level. During the execution phase, they realized that because of one of the cost saving items, the finished product wouldnt be something that they would accept if it was their own kitchen. So they added this to the scope of work (labour) but without increasing the cost for us or extending the project timeline. They absorbed this by putting extended hours on their side to respect the original completion date.

During the execution phase, they stayed within scope (no oh we need to get this other piece or part that we didnt account for and its going to cost you this much more incidents). And in terms of effort, labour and design, they went above and beyond.

Execution was even better than sales. Their mentality during the execution phase was What can we do to make this kitchen the best that it can be within the agreed design and material constraints?.

After sales follow up and touch ups was the icing on top.

They raised the bar at each of our interactions.
The mentality that I think they had during the end to end process was
1. we want to make the experience a kick-ass one for the client.
2. we, ourselves, want to be proud of the end result.

I refaced my basement kitchen and countertop and bathroom cabinets and countertops in three bathrooms. They did an amazing professional job! They worked quickly with three employees on the job and cleaned up everything when finished! Muhammed is amazing as he helps you co-ordinate colour and styles that suit your home. He is available from start to finish and will do his best to ensure a quality end product that satisfies the customer. It was a pleasure working with this great team!

We recently hired Mo and his team to renovate our kitchen end of 2022. We contacted few other contractors to understand pricing and design. Mohamed's design ideas were very appealing and his pricing was very transparent and reasonable. Because we were approaching the holidays, we were a little worried that the renovations could be delayed and eat into that time. Mohamed understood our worries and ensured the process would be completed within a week. He kept his timeline and the end result was beautiful. Mohamed was very easy to communicate with, he always provided ideas and took our suggestions into account. He followed up a few weeks later to ask how we liked the kitchen. We mentioned there were a few touchups that were needed. He came the next day to finish them. 5/5 for customer service. Really happy with the kitchen and the process.
