We were having outlet issues at my condo. Paul called me after a day of posting my request and was very nice. He tried to assist us by describing what we could test out first. We were already unsuccessful with fixing the issues so we asked Paul to go to our condo. He was able to go the next day which was very appreciated, and fix everything within an hour.
