I have engaged BeStru on 4 projects and have had a top notch experience every time. Two projects were for our primary residence and 2 for investment properties. Farzad, who is one of the principals, is someone I have come to trust for advice and referrals to other professionals. BeStru is very good at problem solving. They do the work right the first time and do it on the promised timeline. On all occassions, I received no comments back from the city on the drawings BeStru prepared. 2 of the 4 projects were particularly complicated - so that speaks highly of their skill level and knowledge.
