Our dear old Whirlpool Washing machine needed a new motor.
Dylan was able to provide a "loaner", until the correct, new model was shipped. In a very few days he was back and completed the work.
Dylan was friendly, very competent, knowlegeable, and provided excellent service. We will defonitely call Best Appliances in the future for all of our household needs.

Availability Monday morning was agreed to and Eyan came on time as promised. The problem was diagnosed and fixed within 70min. A few tips and some advice was also shared.

Eric was helpful even before I hired him- answering a bunch of questions. We ended up needing a new dishwasher and we had Eric do the install. So glad we did. He was was very professional, efficient and kind. Hopefully, we dont need to replace any other appliances too soon, but if we do well hire Eric.

I had a fridge that was leaking water out the front due to ice build-up in the bottom of the freezer due to a frozen drainpipe. I got a service call from Eric the day after I reached out and he came and cleared the frozen pipe. He was courteous and professional and made very efficient work of the issue. Fast, efficient, friendly! Eric ordered and installed a new ice maker for my fridge over the span of just a few days. Came exactly when he said he would. Also saved me hundreds of dollars by sourcing just the broken wheels for my dishwasher rather than me having to replace the whole bottom rack as the manufacturer said I had to. Thanks, Eric!

Very friendly professional service. They came on time, did a thorough inspection of our dishwasher. They performed one repair which seemed to work but a few weeks later we experienced a different problem. We knew the two problems probably weren't related but Best Appliance Repairs came by again to take a look. We probably require a costly part replacement but Best Appliance Repair did what they could to avoid that on our 10 year old machine. With the overall experience, they really gave us the sense that they care about their customers. I felt very comfortable dealing with them. They didn't rush and took their time to really investigate the problems and discuss it with us. I will definitely be calling on them again when the need arises and I can certainly recommend them.

Eric was always on time, honest, and experienced. He repaired both my washing machine and oven. My washing machine unfortunately didn't start after service but he returned within a day to get it back running without added cost. Thank you Eric!!

LG dryer (purchased 2008) became noisy. Didn't know what was wrong although sounded like the drum was struggling to turn. Was concerned about availability of parts. Chose Best Appliance Repairs and am pleased we did. Prompt response (two business days), diagnoses and repair. Confirmed that a roller had seized. We asked for all to be replaced. Had needed parts on the truck. Repair completed promptly and dryer has worked well since.
