I had a fridge that was leaking water out the front due to ice build-up in the bottom of the freezer due to a frozen drainpipe. I got a service call from Eric the day after I reached out and he came and cleared the frozen pipe. He was courteous and professional and made very efficient work of the issue. I would definitely recommend Best Appliance Repairs to my friends and family.
