The dryers vent hose was not properly connected to the exhaust pipe by the plumber. I contacted different appliance installers, and I chose Best Appliance Repairs. Eric was punctual, professional, & polite. The dryer, which is on top of the washer, has little space to go behind it, as the laundry room is only 32 wide. Eric used a device to pull both the washer & the dryer, cleaned all the dust on the floor, and installed/reconnected a new hose with clamps.
