I am thankful for Tony at BCRC, They replaced my older boiler with a new High-Efficiency system and they did a great job at a great price in Oct 2020. My father and I hired BCRC to install a new furnace and hot water tank in our older home in Richmond in October 2020, and we are extremely pleased with their work. ANDY WAS VERY POLITE AND WORKED VERY HARD TO MAKE SURE THAT MY FURNACE AND FIREPLACE WERE OPERATING PROPERLY. HE KEPT HIMSELF VERY BUSY AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS WHEN I ASKED HIM. HE

Mike was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to fix our water heater furnace issues that have been there for over 2 years. Fixed all the mixed up zones and replaced valves. We asked him about replacing our old water tank and his price on a tank less was reasonable and that work was done by the end of the day. We could not be happier about the new upgrade and energy savings. Plus he knew what rebates we qualify for and took care of all the submissions. I highly recommend him.
