I needed to have a recently purchased condo painted prior to listing. The condo had lived through a number of tenants, and the walls had a fair bit of wear-and-tear. And cost was important, given that this was an investment property. Khalid and his team were able to do an excellent job, within a VERY reasonable budget, and were all very professional and responsive and a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend!
