I talked to Art directly when I called and I found him to be pleasant and transparent. He came as promised and was able to move a number of heavy furniture pieces and a fridge with another crew member. They were surprisingly fast yet careful with my pieces. I would highly recommend!

I had an emergency last minute request to move a fridge and stove for city pickup. I put in a request for quote and got a reply same day, with next day appointment. The team was quick, professional, and transparent. I called various places from homestars beforehand and this company was not only reasonable priced but the most responsive.
