In September of last year we decided to go ahead with a major kitchen renovation. We had been planning this for many years but it’s gotten to the point where something had to be done we had three people come and bid on the project John was the middle quote of the three. He was realistic straightforward and offered us a package that included design architecture all the permitting and the work on a schedule that suited. Even with all the constraints of Covid and the delays relating to suppliers John was attentive: the work he did was excellent. We finished on budget and a little later than planned but that was no fault of his. I have to say on balance it was a wonderful experience and I will certainly do more projects with him 10 out of 10

John managed the project from beginning to end flawlessly. Our bathrooms look great and will be enjoyed for years to come. John was very helpful in making sure we were aware of costs throughout the process and always made helpful suggestions along the way. We will definitely use 11x12 Construction for any future renos. What distinguishes 11x12 from other contractors is that the owner, John, is also a certified project management professional. He brings this discipline to the project so that you always know exactly where the project stands. You know exactly what your role is and what you need to select and buy by when to meet the deadlines. They want to get the project done as well, and as fast, as you do. John is so personable it feels as though he is working on a project in his own home. This is the second time we've used 11x12 construction. Past projects included a gut basement reno with a bathroom, family room, laundry and storage room. Our most recent project was a kitchen in our new home. It's gorgeous! I've recommended 11x12 to a number of contacts already.

I was very happy with this reno! The contractor listened to my ideas and helped make decisions through the while process. His work was thorough, paid attention to the details and the end result was great.
