We hired Noah to demolish our deck and install a 2 level patio, w walk way along the side of out house and install new sod. At first everything was going very well and things were moving very quickly. Once the pavers were being installed huge problems started. He seemed very inexperienced. On the top level patio we wanted a retaining wall. He installed regular stone instead of coping stones and left raw edges showing. We spoke with him about it and he fixed it but then he didnt want to make a miter cut at the corner. Ever step of the way was a complete struggle from here on out. He caulk in between the coping stone which looks terrible and is completely unnecessary. Our patio looks terrible as he did not install the polymeric sand correctly. There is a haze on the stones, drips of what looks like paint and cracked stones with very deep scratches on our pavers. He was suppose to come back and fix everything and finish the polymeric sand. He did not finish the polymeric sand along the walk way and he wont return our calls and we already paid him in full. He tried to get more money out of us half way through. Luckily we did not pay anything additional
