The Balkans Team were very professional, courteous and prompt in responding to my request on home stars and even more importantly, they did an excellent job in installing a new carpet and underpadding. Kaylah who is the office administrator was also very helpful and a pleasure to work with.

Originally I my request was to have them re-install an existing carpet after I had some other emergency repair work done that involved ripping up the basement cement. I was hoping to reuse the existing carpet after the repair, but we discovered that it was in bad shape after we unrolled it. Ozzy was able to helped me source a replacement carpet that was in my budget, install new underpadding and the new carpet all in one day.

Ozzy and team did an amazing job. They went above and beyond to help me in a pinch as I was not planning on the added expense of a new carpet, nor did I have the time to source one and reschedule the installation. The room looks great and the new carpet is a fantastic addition.
