When Tony arrived I was immediately put at ease. He is personable and has good energy. More importantly -- he knows his stuff!! He explained his process, showed me exactly what he would be doing room by room and explained the importance of keeping the furnace area clean. No doubt...I will be using his company to clean the ducts at my mom's house next.

Great experience and value. My place hadnt had the ducts cleaned in a while and called RBS after a reno. Tony and team were great and explained each step. Looking at the full canister afterwards was a bit horrifying - wont be waiting so long next time. Tony also flagged an issue with the air return and put a temporary fix in place so everything stays clean. Much appreciated! All the stars/will use again.

The service that was provided was professional and essential. The very next day after having our ducts cleaned I could feel the difference in the air, no more waking up with so much dryness. The staff were easy to communicate with , very thorough and when they entered the house they wore masks which made us feel even more comfortable. Really would recommend them!
