When Tony arrived I was immediately put at ease. He is personable and has good energy. More importantly -- he knows his stuff!! He explained his process, showed me exactly what he would be doing room by room and explained the importance of keeping the furnace area clean. No doubt...I will be using his company to clean the ducts at my mom's house next.
