All we can say that if it took 7 hours to move your job mam, that means we took our time make sure everything is safe and secure. You mentioned us that the stuff is extremely fragile and expensive thats why we took time in packing and wrapping. Also we told you at the time of booking that it usually takes approximately 4-5 hours to move a complete 1 bedroom house and will take more than 5 hours with 2 movers to finish your move which you agreed. We also stated while booking that it was your decision to choose the number of movers.
Mam, you paid $600 for 7 hours and got full packing service without breaking or scratching a single item. I'm sure that job deserved better reviews.
