Booked for final grade, paid deposit. According to contract deposit is used to secure top soil delivery date and scheduled time. Leon admitted he has only gets soil delivered before he plans on coming out. After over 8 weeks of back and fourth and excuses and he gets 1 small load of dirt delivered. He has my plot plans which if you look needs at least 30+ cubic yards of dirt or 3 truck loads. I tell him its not enough and needs more and he says he will get more if needed. 3 weeks after he contracts someone to move the single pile of dirt and after about another 4 weeks doesnt even pay that contractor and keeps giving excuses which puts him in a spot where the other contractor can put a lien on my house. Also goes by lanscapersinc and final grade solutions. Gives excuses with weather it rains so they cant bring soil. My entire property was fully accessible and could dump everything on the land, needs to finish this one house then two houses.

We have used Northern Rock Land INC this winter for snow removal and also for lot grading as a sub contractor last summer 2023. They do great work and fair price.

Leon is the most unprofessional and irrational person to deal with. We gave him money to start our landscape within the first 3 weeks he kept putting excuses do not show up, weather, lack of help, tuck issues etc, but at the same time he kept asking for the remainder of the payment in order for him to finish the job that was never started. After 3 weeks we asked for our money back and to do not bother anymore, which he refused, one random day a company came dropped off the top soil in the middle of our street and stayed there for a week while Leon keep saying he couldn't come do the weather. We were forced to hired another company that was able to do the job in a timely manner and we filled a police report, even though all that he never came back accountable, his irrational behavior continued. So hopefully this can help someone out there, do not wait time and money.

We are a apartment complex, and have been using this company for 3
years. They are very good and affordable. The do landscaping and snow removal great rates.

We hired Norther Rock Land Development for our rental property's
in Edmonton, they do a great job.

Stay away from this Company they do not do what they say they do don't show up ,don't reply to calls .Work is poor, timing is poor, don't trust your project will get started or finished.

Leon was contracted to dig 8 post holes for a fence and shed platform. On the first day Leon and his team arrived on site LATE, and attempted to dig the holes used an auger with a very short drill bit, using MY shovels they attempted to dig deeper but where unable to leaving the shed post holes less than 2ft deep. For the fence posts, 3 wide holes less than 8'' deep were made as they were struggling to remove the concrete from the existing posts. The following day Leon and his team were a no show until my constant follow ups I was told at 7:00pm they were coming! I told them to forget about digging out the concrete just dig the holes next to it. they proceeded to try and take out the concrete. In conclusion, Leon and his team made a huge mess with concrete bits thrown in my fire pit, wheel barrows and dirt all over the laneway with no attempt to come back to finish the job or clean up. Leon and his co -workers were then adamant for payment and came to the house threatening elderly people that they were not leaving until payment was received. In the end, I had to clean up, dig the holes using a manual post hole digger and pay Leon for work he did not complete so he can leave the property. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I hire this company for my new house for landscaping, they did a great job.

I have a small condo and the backyard was a disaster along with the grass running parallel to the building I found Leon on Kijiji completely over delivered on the promises and details in the job the very small brick inlay was not part of the quote but there were a few that had come loose and a few others that were completely missing he noticed some extra bricks within the window well and to my surprise they were all set for a complete walkway from patio door to fence gate would absolutely use him and his crew again and I'm definitely going to give his name to the other condo owners
