Professional, showed pictures of my ducts ,explained everything. And did not rush the job. Took his shoes off. I would recommend. He also said want he was going to do.

I had MP Professional come and clean my ducts and I was not disappointed. They were professional and courteous and explained everything they were going to do. Never have I received such a quality service from a duct cleaning company. After a few minutes, they make you feel at ease with the work they are doing, and considering everything happening in the world now, you want that when inviting someone into your home. We shared some laughs too. Matty and Jon were down to earth yet professional. 10/10 for job quality and 10/10 for customer service. If you are looking to have your ducts cleaned, look no further.

Matthew and Johnathan did a great job cleaning our ducts, furnace and dryer. They accommodated our time since we work from home and we’re worried about the sound of the vacuum. The cleaning was fast and I think the air is cleaner.

This was my first time using MP Professional and I must say they did an amazing job. I spoke with Matthew (the owner) and set up a date - he arrived on time and explained everything professionally and eloquently.

He was extremely thorough in explaining every single step and showing me what he was doing, which not many service companies do as they like to get the job done and move to the next one. Compared to the other Duct Cleaning service I have used in the past, I am convinced to never prioritize saving more money vs getting quality service although MP Professional was super reasonably priced.

Matthew took his time and didn’t cut corners. He went above and beyond my expectations. I was very impressed and satisfied - my house and air quality felt noticeably fresher when everything was done and I noticed much less dust after cleaning.

Matthew even followed up a week later to make sure everything was OK. HIGHLY recommended - going forward, MP Professional will be the only Duct Cleaning service I will refer and work with.
