This was my first time using MP Professional and I must say they did an amazing job. I spoke with Matthew (the owner) and set up a date - he arrived on time and explained everything professionally and eloquently. He was extremely thorough in explaining every single step and showing me what he was doing, which not many service companies do as they like to get the job done and move to the next one. Compared to the other Duct Cleaning service I have used in the past, I am convinced to never prioritize saving more money vs getting quality service although MP Professional was super reasonably priced. Matthew took his time and didn’t cut corners. He went above and beyond my expectations. I was very impressed and satisfied - my house and air quality felt noticeably fresher when everything was done and I noticed much less dust after cleaning. Matthew even followed up a week later to make sure everything was OK. HIGHLY recommended - going forward, MP Professional will be the only Duct Cleaning service I will refer and work with. He was very thorough, knowledgable and also had a great sense of humor. Thank you again!!
