Matthew was a dream come true. He was prompt in response to my service request & provided a very thorough diagnostic over the phone (including cost). He went above and beyond looking into some issues we have been experiencing (banging in the ducts), which had him here longer than I am sure he expected. We hired Matthew to clean our ducts for the first time since moving to our new home. He was timely, professional, fair and knowledgable. He did an excellent and thourough job. The house just feels cleaner. He gave us a few tips at no charge to improve our airflow issues and it has made a huge difference. We will be calling him every couple of years for now on.

We bought our family house and it appeared that the ducts haven't been cleaned since it was built in 1979. My filters were always filthy after just a month's time and sometimes it would affect my allergies to dust.

We had Matthew who was a pleasure to deal with. Extremely friendly and professional. Matt came with his truck and went straight to work. He used a massive vacuum and air compressors which was stationed in his truck. He was extremely thorough and cleaned our ducts the proper way.

If you want to make sure your ducts are clean, please call Mathew. He takes his time and uses a camera to make sure all surfaces are clean. Mathew actually showed me videos with few pieces of cobweb stubornly stuck in the ducts, but he spent more time in these areas and eventually got them. After the service I noticed my house accumulates much less dust after a few days without cleaning.

I booked with Matthew and MP Professional after reading the reviews found on HomeStars and I was not disappointed. Matthew was responsive, easy to communicate with, forthcoming about his services and pricing. Matthew provided a window for arrival and arrived on time. He was polite, answered all the questions I asked, and was respectful to us as homeowners (some contractors dont even take their shoes off!).
