Raw Contracting

Darren started our Garage in December 2021 it was a slow start due to winter weather. But as time went by we were being treated as an afterthought. Him & his wife would show up at 4/5pm and maybe stay for 3-5h with hardly anything being done. When the door was installed, it was put swinging the wrong way & we had to fight for that to be fixed. When it was fixed my dad had to fix it himself because the door would not fully close or latch. The window & gutters are not what was quoted, the roof was not done properly and is leaking every rainfall & snow melt off. The siding as not put on properly and is starting to fall off. The meant skirt was done by him and his wife and it was cracking within five days. We had to pay extra for the proper window for the garage and he has still to this date not put it in or honoured his 2 year warranty. Last week I found out that they have moved to BC without finishing our garage of which I end up having a baby faster than he could even finish it. I have taken photos of every single day that they were here with the times they spent working as well as their emails and multiple text messages with excuses of not showing up. My daughter will be 1 next monthmeaning RAW took from conception, birth and now 1st birthday to do this horrible uncomplete job

I contracted RAW Contractors to do my basement flooring and some painting a couple of weeks ago.they just finished up yesterday. Darren the oner gave me a sharp quote. It wasn't the cheapest quote but I was confident in his knowledge of what was needed to be done.Besides I wasn't looking for the best price. I was looking for the best company for the job.
Boy was I pleased with my decision.They finished up within their specified time frame and did a great job on the laminate as welll as the painting and trim work. A lob welll done boys. I would refer them to anyone and their renovation needs thanks again Darren and RAW Contracting

Raw Contractors broke out my old sidewalk and replaced it with a really awesome looking, colored concrete with a Roman Slate pattern stamped concrete. I am extremely pleased with the result.
They stamped in a "sun" which I think is super cool!! After the walkway, they replaced my crappy wrought iron front step railings with a combo of glass and aluminum pickets. Love it! Between my walkway and the step the street appeal of my house has improved immenslely. We easily added tens of thousands of dollars in value to our home with just those 2 things. In the back of our place, Raw Contractors put in an asphalt approach to the garage which has totally reduced the mud pit my garage was becoming whenever it rained or snowed. Raw Contractors has a great bunch of people to work with and I would recommend hiring them 100%. . Thanks for the great work,

Raw Contractors demo my deck and rebuilt it with composite surface. They left the site very clean. Found them to be very professional.
