Replace old roofing on house and flatroof extension
We obtained several estimates to replace 20yr old shingles on our house and the flat roof on the extension. The quote from Next Generation was not the least expensive. However, unlike some quotes it included full replacement of both shingles and membrane for the same price that others quoted to just add new membrane on top of the old one - which was not acceptable and frankly should never have even been presented as an option. Additionally, Next Generation was able to start the job within a reasonable time frame, whereas others expected they could start the job within 6-8 weeks, fitting around some other 'larger' jobs.
As expected from our experience during the quote phase with Michael at Next Generation, we had expectations of a great experience and we were not disappointed. We would like to thank Michael and the onsite team for not only the quality of the roof installation, but also the professionalism of the full experience. We were impressed from the initial quote through to the onsite work - both the excellence of roofing (particularly the flat roof) as well as the cleanliness of the site at the end of each day.
We would not hesitate to recommend Next Generation Roofing to anyone looking for excellent work at a fair price.
