Very quick service but minor issues
Very quick service for a water tank basement flood. Wanted a $1000 deposit before they showed up which I thought was high. Other companies want around $250. A few extra feet of flooring needed to be removed but I wasn't told that I would be charged extra for it until months later when a higher than expected invoice came in. They sent a team of 4 for a fairly small job which I thought was a bit over the top. They did keep air mixers and high quality dehumidifiers in my basement for a few days and an extra day for no extra cost. Gave me 10% off my final invoice for the discrepancy which I apprecaited. Overall Ok experience.
