Most Horrible experience that I don’t even wish it on my worst enemy. Don’t go with this company and here’s why. They were so many things went wrong with our kitchen project and I am not going over all of them but just the high lights and most important events ( I can name 100 reasons that you shouldn’t go with this company and write a book about our experience)

I signed a contract with the owner of the company to get new kitchen cabinets. We went to their so called “showroom” (it’s a 4X6 store front that they try to legitimize their business) to look at the samples and designs. We picked design of the cabinet doors and the colour of cabinets. At the day of the installation they found out that designer made mistake with the dimensions and some of the cabinets don’t fit, as example the cavity for the built in microwave was too big and they decided to put a piece of wood to one side of the caving to make it smaller (now it looks really odd with a piece of wood at one side of microwave and this is not even the worst part of experience). We were very upset with the all the “modification” they had to do at the first day of the installation because their designer mistakes. We lost our trust on them in the first day of installation, The cabinet doors were shrink wrapped, we decided to open them to double check the design and the colour and guess what, yes you guessed it right, both the design pattern and the colour of the doors were wrong (we ordered painted MDF, they delivered us melamine which is a cheaper product also we ordered double shaker and they were single shaker) so immediately we called the owner who we signed the contract with and he said he will drop by house the next day. The next day when he showed up we brought to his attention all the problems with dimensions and design but he was blaming his designer I had to keep bringing to his attention that she works for him and it’s his company and his responsibility. When I told him about the wrong cabinet door design and colour at first he tried to put it on me and he was claiming that’s what I ordered, I had to bring the contract we signed and the colour sample to prove him wrong. Eventually after long conversation he was convinced and now he was trying to convince me to keep the doors and he offered me $1000 discount to keep the melamine door which is cheaper product and also they were not the colour and design we ordered. He said “if you want me take these back and remake them again, it will take weeks and you will not have a kitchen for that long”. We were really upset and I was trying very hard to be calm so we agreed to wait. After about a month they finally had them ready to come back and finish the work. During this process the made so many mistakes that I am not going over it. Before the job was complete We noticed that the kitchen sink scratch very easy and not only that we also notice the sink is rusted in it’s first week!!!, we immediately contact the owner and he blamed the subcontractor for the bad quality of the sink and he ensured that they will change the sink. They came back to changed it and they brought back exact same sink which I could literally scratch it with dish sponge (I never got a new sink).

To top it up and for the icing on the cake a few of the cabinet doors bubbled after a few months now we were super upset we contacted the owner once again and he was blaming us for soaking the door with water. We barely used our kitchen and we were very careful, it bubbled because of bad quality of MDF and paint they used.

He charged me to repaint a few door he didn’t even change the door he repainted them now after a few months bubbles are back up again.

Long sorry short, don’t choice this company, you can’t expect much for company that their employees change every a few months because of bad workmanship.

I am not even going over the problems with counter top and cabinet door banging against each and etc

Save your time, save your money save your life

The worst job I have ever seen in 40 years of being associated with renovations! Sloppy, careless, amateurish in the extreme. Took shortcuts to avoid doing the job properly and then said that I had agreed to them.
Deceitful and sneaky. At least 25 glaring errors. Very little is straight or plumb. If the job had cost $0 it would have been too expensive! Now I have to find someone to undo the mess and do it again. I have a strong feeling that, because we are in our 70s Ali thought that we were too old to notice the shoddy work - or too feeble to complain! Next stop Small Claims Court.
