We recently had our basement developed by Level Up Group, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The owner, Michael, provided a detailed quote and timeline that were both clear and reasonable. He set realistic expectations right from the beginning, which we appreciated. During our quote Michael brought his designer with him and the next appointment the designer and engineer came.
Dustin, our project manager, was exceptional in keeping everything on track. His communication was top-notch, and he was always available to address any questions or concerns we had throughout the project. We did encounter a slight issue with one of the contractors, but Dustin handled it quickly and efficiently, ensuring that it didnt delay the progress.
Overall, were thrilled with the outcome and would highly recommend Level Up Group to anyone considering a basement renovation. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable.
