We were referred to Level Up by a friend of ours who has a very keen eye for quality and a bit of a handy person herself. We figured if they made her happy then for sure we would be as well.
From the beginning we could tell that Michael was very passionate about the quality of work him and his team produced and that he was all in to helping us create a space that was appropriately styled for use and budget. From Ashley who helped with the design and layout and helping us to select the best tiles, flooring and paint color ; to Alex the electrician who made an invaluable suggestion to ensure the pot lights inside and outside of the office space were aligned ( because we had a glass wall) . I know right, I certainly didn’t think of that but my, does it look great now that it’s all done.
The fact that all we had to do was visit a showroom and point and click to select fixtures and finishes was a welcoming experience as Michael and his team handled all the logistics of purchasing and arranging delivery of products. Garbage pickup and disposal occurred like clockwork, workers were in and out leaving the space in the best condition possible for the next crew.
This wasn’t our first reno and fortunate in both cases we were spared any of the horror stories we’ve seen elsewhere. No project is perfect however, what we appreciated about Michael and his team was the fact that at every turn their aim was to ensure that not only was the product beautiful but also the experience of working with the crew and the ease at which they handled changes.
