Contacted Gus at Green Property Restorations to take over a job that another contractor never showed up for. From the beginning, Gus and his team were super friendly and easy to deal with. They showed up on time, did an amazing job and I would definitely recommend them anytime!

Mr. Gustavo of Green Property Restorations did an excellent job of repairing a drywall ceiling that was damaged by a water leak. He used very advanced electronic equipment to detect areas with water damage. He carefully removed the dirt, mold, damaged drywall, insulation and he installed fresh insulation and drywall. He also came back on the weekend to put a fresh coat of white paint on the new drywall ceiling.
He is a very professional and well-disciplined worker. I would definitely support and recommend the services of Mr. Gustavo and Green Property Restorations!

Wonderful job done by Gus. He's very knowledgeable and willing to work even on the holiday to get my stucco ceiling converted to flat ceiling.

He spent lots of time for preperation and lay down the carpet to make sure that other areas of the house is clean because this job will produce a lot of drywall dust.

When the job is completed, he also spent time to clean up all the floors.

Gus & his crew did a lovely job repairing some water damage to our ceiling, they also turned out popcorn ceiling into a flat ceiling. We had one small issue post job completion, which he came back on a Sunday to fix. I have already passed on his contact info to a friend looking to do a bathroom reno in the near future.

We needed to have repairs done on two walls in our dining area. GPR did a great job, very professional. We had them return for the paint. Everything turned out exactly as promised. We will definitely hire them again.

I had a very strange pipe just sticking out the wall with some staining on the drywall/baseboard just under. I was worried about mold and did not know the origins/source; is it draining from somewhere else. I needed a report for the property manager to show any growing concerns. Green property came in the morning; took photos including thermal moisture image;found source and provided an excellent report by early afternoon. I sent report ( which was very reasonably priced) to condo mgmt co to fix. Excellent, quality,knowledge,respectful,complete work , , are some words that come to mind.

I am so impressed by this company. We found Gus and his company through Facebook and we are so happy we did. From the moment we started interacting with them they were polite and professional. Gus came over to give an estimate and took time to explain what needed to be done and answer our questions. Okay, this is not even the best part...they were on time and completed the project in the estimated time and left no mess!!! I highly recommend them and We will definitely hire them again!
