I had a very strange pipe just sticking out the wall with some staining on the drywall/baseboard just under. I was worried about mold and did not know the origins/source; is it draining from somewhere else. I needed a report for the property manager to show any growing concerns. Green property came in the morning; took photos including thermal moisture image;found source and provided an excellent report by early afternoon. I sent report ( which was very reasonably priced) to condo mgmt co to fix. Excellent, quality,knowledge,respectful,complete work , , are some words that come to mind.
