Hobbs Moving Company

One guy did all the work. I paid too soon and they took off. I called and they sent some 2 men over to finish . They destroyed my home with moving beds upstairs and sofa downstairs...on purpose. Walls were badly banged up and gouged.

The movers were on time (even to early).
The job was done quickly and efficiently with care and the movers were polite.
We recommend the company and will definitely request their service again.

I had booked Hobbs for a move in early July 2021. I received an email from the owner this morning saying they have decided to close their business. Now I'm scrambling to reorganize our move.

Horrible horrible service. I booked the movers 4 weeks before our scheduled move. After multiple conversations with the company confirming our reservation including an email confirmation the day before they called to cancel 1.5 hours before. I asked them why, what was happening and they hung up on my with no additional detail. DO NOT USE THESE movers.

The company is new so the owner came to help with the move. He sat in the truck as the other movers struggled to pack and unpack. The whole process took 12 hours for a 3 bedroom. There so much time. Worst part: they kept offering me $50 discounts on the move if I agree to write 5-star reviews. That’s the first time I’ve been offered that kind of “deal.” Feels shady to me. Shouldn’t you actually be earning good reviews not paying for it? Wouldn’t hire them or recommend them to ANYONE until they stop this pay for review process.

Receiced several quoites from moving companies. Hobbs was not the cheapest but there reputation and cost structure fir the bill for my move. They were very professional and even early for the move. Very quick, focused tk complete the task.

They were very quick to reply to every inquiry. Always professional and I found their rates were extremely competitive with all of the other moving companies that I contacted. They were proactive with reminders, showed up on time and provided free wardrobe boxes for the move.

Friendly, professional and extremely hard working staff. Trustworthy and reliable. And one of the better priced services. Went from 2 10x15 storage lockers to a house. I would use them again.

This guys are the best, extra careful and ready to make your move easier. Just relax while they do an outstanding job! They are very pontual and start the move right on time
