Gratitude Cleaning YYC

After carefully and purposely booking my cleaning a month in advance and providing 2 dates for availability, The owner confirmed a date and time. I specifically asked about their company’s practices around cancellations because I’ve had to deal with it before and I’m tight on schedule for this week and needed the cleaners to show up the date it was booked. I was assured there wouldn’t be any problems. I contacted the owner the day prior to confirm appointment to which he responded yes. Then, I received an unknown number text me and push me to change the date which wa s the number one worry I had. Very unprofessional and unhappy

Owners responded quickly and arranged for a crew to come out and clean a listing of mine within a day. Christians and Camila were assigned to the job and they were AMAZING at getting the property ready for pictures. I asked that they give it their best effort within 4 hours and I was thoroughly impressed with their work. Would absolutely suggest this company to others.

I was desperate for a cleaner , I got in touch with the owner around 6:00 pm by 7;00 pm they were here , they truly work 24/7 . I love it. The cleaner were honest, they did a great job and I’m totally happy ... They are my new cleaning company

Being let down by another service the morning of multiple showings, Andy somehow managed to get me 3 cleaners in a few hours .
They were all spectacular! So thorough and professional!

Found this company on Kijiji they were the only once available as I needed ASAP. When they were done my manager even told them it's not clean enough but they said thats how it is. NOT RECOMENDED AT ALL

Very easy to book a cleaning and great value for the cost. Staff is efficient, detail-oriented and super friendly! Would definitely recommend!

Andrew went above and beyond to come and clean my place even tho I gave a very short notice. Him and his team were there for 4 hours until midnight to make sure I'm satisfied. Woukd definitely use their services again!
