MI Plumbing

Shaft of cartridge snapped off this morning without warning. Fatmir responded promptly to my request for a quote and answered my questions in detail over the phone on what needed to be done. He accommodated my urgent request (Friday before long weekend) and arrived later the same day with the replacement parts (cartridge and faucet). I'm happy with how neat and organized his work is. I will seek out his service in near future for other plumbing needs for the house.

I called him to change the toilet in the basement bathroom. Very professional totally respecting the Covid protocols. Also discovered that my kitchen tap had to be changed since it was leaking. He changed that and also saw that the drain was clogged. Took his time to investigate and snaked the drain. Overall very happy with his service. Completed all work as per engineer drawings. Fixed past issues. Clean, courteous, professional, knowledgeable most importantly on time, and on budget. One of the best plumbers I've dealt with in 15 years of house renovations and flips. Attended the rough-in inspection, made sure his guys came and tested everything before the final inspection.
