Hi Laura - Thanks for taking the time to provide this feedback and speaking to us by phone. We have sent you an email with further information. We are glad that you were generally pleased with the level of cleaning service, but understand that you were not fully satisfied with the experience. We take every complaint seriously and we take our COVID-19 policy seriously. We have debriefed with our staff.
Understanding that vigorous cleaning is strenuous work, we understand that one staff briefly removed her mask. We have followed up with our staff to re-emphasize the need to wear their masks and gloves for everyone’s protection at all times when on site. As a small business, we appreciate this opportunity to improve and continue to grow. We hope that this service being provided to you for free, goes some way to improving your experience.
