Skim coat on balcony & fix retaining wall
I was told it would be professionally done and it wasn't. When the cement on the balcony dried it also crack in two place the next day. Was told structurally it would be fine but it is an eyesore. With a retaining wall, it was built crooked. One side is thicker than the other by 2 inches. And the work trucks that were in my driveway leak oil and stain the driveway. Definitely won't call this company back for future work and I don't recommend them.

We took a job that no one wanted and asked to do many things extra at no charge. We were not even offered water at the most hottest weather. Power washed all of their property at no extra fee and did more work than agreed. We were not paid in full and underpaid us without paying the federal and provincial taxes. The property and concrete was neglected for so many years, they even asked me to refer them a dry wall contractor and painter as their dining room ceiling caving in. We Have before and after pictures it was so bad the city would have issued work order for safety. The job we did was estimated at $9000 plus HST and we were paid $4300 dollars.
