Basement legal suite renovation
Our house is serviced with 100Amps. We were informed by our electrician that we could not have a basement suite unless we upgrade to 200Amps which would have cost us 10 of thousands of dollars. When Jesse came to provide us a quote, he simply asked why we wanted to upgrade to 200Amps. He asked if he could do a second load calculation which we agreed. He informed us that he is used to do basement suite with only 100Amps. Jesse's calculation came up to 91Amps vice the initial calculation of 142Amps. Jesse was right on time, very professional and a delight to deal with. He also was up to date with the ever changing
