Unprofessional. Won't fix their mistake.

We paid $10,000 + to get our leaky roof fixed by 1000 Squares Roofing. At first they were responsive and great at answering emails but once the invoice was paid we found out there was a leak in the roof a few months later. Their website says they guarantee their work for 5 years but they've been non-responsive to our requests to get the roof fixed. It's been over 6 months of constant calling and emailing with their team assuring me that someone will show up to fix the roof and no one ever comes.
