DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I cancelled service in November before any snow or plow. The girl on the phone never even mention about any cancellation fee. They charged me 25% cancellation fee which is $381 for doing nothing at all. The owner is not going to refund. Do not sign up with any preauthorized method. They will charge and not refund with no hesitation.
