Had a crack in our front porch concrete slab. Toronto Finest Concrete Sid they will parge it. Asked me to drive them to a local supply store to buy the mix.
They applied the parge without clearing out the debris and dirt. Used only half of the mixture. The other half of the unused mixture was left in my garage. He came back a day later to take his tools he left behind and took that mixture and a box of deck screws from my shelf to go work on another project. Thats a good indicator of his poor business ethics and professionalism. This was done in late spring and after a mild winter it is all cracked up. Funny thing is if he didnt help himself to the other half of the mixture I could use it to repair it myself because I honestly dont think I can do any worse. Daniel and his ilks just want your money, stay away from this guy. The first photo is when they first completed the job, the second is taken very recently.
