Discovered Iconic Paving while a neighbour in Mississauga was getting there pavement done.
Hired them for our Oakville house.
Key notes to take away:
1) professionalism - a. the salesman Guy, was articulate, detailed and put in effort and time to communicate with us. b. Roy, the chief, conducted himself with respect on the job.
2) they kept their word for the price of the job even though on site and on the job there was reason to charge extra.
3) they kept their word with the appointment day and time they had scheduled with us and showed up to complete the work.
4) their entire crew working on our house was friendly with us and a pleasure to work with.
We’ve had previous unpleasant experience with a paving company and my evaluation is in comparison to that. Also, I am a female and typically this industry is having to deal with rough men. I enjoyed working with Iconic Paving.
