I question the authenticity of these positive reviews when my experience with Iconic Paving was anything but professional.

Iconic paving was hired to pave my driveway in October 9th, 2020. By the next spring, several patches of pavement were crumbling. If you rub your foot on the asphalt, it would break apart. I started to call Iconic Paving sometime at the end of May 2021. I left several messages but no one called me back. Over 3 weeks later, I finally did talk with someone named Joe. He came to my property and acknowledged there was a problem with the paving. He said he didnt have the authority to do anything but would pass along the information to his boss Roy. (I think hes the owner)

I spoke to Roy on June 22, 2021 and he asked me to send him pictures via email which I did. He said they normally do repairs in the fall or earlier if he was doing another job in the area. I wanted him to come by before that just to explain why the driveway was like it was, and what would be done to correct the issue. He said he would. He never did.

Between June and October 9th, I called and emailed Roy at least 8 times. He once set up an appointment but cancelled last minute. All the other times I was just ignored.

On October 9, 2021, I yet again sent Roy another email stating that today my 1 year warranty expired. He finally did respond in a short email saying Dont worry about your warranty. Its been extended. I promise to call you next week to set a time to meet. Of course I never did hear back from him.

It is now March 2022 and unfortunately now, I have water seeping into the basement. The snow is melting and we noticed that Iconic Paving paved the driveway on a slope towards the house. The melting snow now seeps into the basement. The wall in the basement is damaged.
The quality, workmanship and customer service of Iconic Paving is horrific! Not only is the asphalt breaking apart but now I have the added headache of dealing with a wet basement because of their incompetence!

UPDATE: Roys response is untrue. Conversation of sloping and grading never happen. Complete fabrication. I did contact Roy after his response and Im still waiting 7 months later for him to fix the problem. Absolutely nothing has been done!!! Bottom line is that Iconic Paving workmanship is substandard, the warranty is useless and Roy is a dishonest business man. All talk and no action!!!
