Everyone says "prompt" but you don't really appreciate how amazing punctuality is in these situations. They arrived, got the lay of the land, and got the job done incredibly efficiently. New outlet installed, all tidied up, and done. Friendly, too, and explained everything I asked about. Truly a fantastic experience.
