I found Oneil's company and very good reviews on Homestars. I had a problem with the ignition on my oven... it was taking too long to light after setting the temperature and then there was a small loud pop on ignition. Oneil thought it might need a new igniter. He was careful to say that if he came and investigated, and it was not the igniter, there would be an $80 service charge for the diagnosis and then he would provide a correct diagnosis and come back with the correct part. I thought this was entirely reasonable. He arrived next day, was fully masked and had boot protectors to protect our floors. He found that in fact that the igniter needed to be replaced and he had brought the part with him and in a matter of 15 minutes it was all done.
