Raouf and his team did an amazing job with removing a bearing wall in my house. What really stood out to me was how precise they were with their timing. They finished exactly when they said they would, and because of that, I was able to get other trades in right after without any delays. It made the whole process so much smoother than I expected. Raouf was professional, easy to work with, and got the job done perfectly. Highly recommend!

Raouf and his team did a great job. We got few quotes, and although dynamics were not the cheapest, I could tell right away they were the most knowledgeable. And trust me, who wants to take a chance on something so important? They showed up exactly on time, The job ended up with some complications which cost them an extra day of work, but there was never any discussion about an extra charges. We have an old house with plaster and I don't even think any plaster was cracked after they were done. They also cleaned up the site every day. They were just AMAZING!

Raouf did a very good job for my 16ft load bearing removing. They cut accuratletly the beam, posts length on site to match the exact site condition. The project started and completed as planned.

I called Dynamic in a panic in the middle of my renovation after realizing my GC wasnt the right person to remove two large structural walls in my house. I was eager to get the job completed within our timeline. Raouf, who I've learned, is one of the most knowledgeable and honest guys in this field came to save the day. They dug footings and install steel beams as per engineer drawings, and passed all inspection.

He requested permit and drawings proposed by engineer and explained me step by step whole process of the task. I didnt get a small doubt that contractor clearly understend the task, drawings and the way of emplementation.

Raouf and his team did a fantastic job transforming my kitchen space to open concept. They were timely, raised and solved structural issues and were very responsive. He made sure to update me every step of the way. Highly recommend.

I had nothing but a positive experience with Dynamic. I did get a few quotes and found theirs to be very reasonable compared with other contractors. They came in on budget too. Even though we hired our own engineer, the process was still so easy on my end (even though there were some changes that needed to be made).

Our inspection was easy breezy but only because they have the experience to do things like get photos mid job, save the materials bags, ect ect. The inspector definitely had questions and Raouf had all the answers, no problems! He has clearly been doing this long enough to anticipate what they want to know / see. It's really, REALLY obvious how much experience he has. He actually saved us from a few choices that would have ended up being far less ideal - both structurally and aesthetically.

The crew was super professional, cleaned up after themselves really well and didn't damage anything.

I also appreciated that even when I asked a lot of questions Raouf was patient and never once was condescending. That goes sooo far in my book! When you're spending a lot of money you really want to make sure that you can have open, direct communication and that you're in good hands. Would 100% recommend them in the future.
