I contracted Beatnik & Mod based on the positive reviews and ratings on Home Star. I found them very professional. They were very reasonable with their quote. They did the work on budget, on time and I was very happy with the quality of work they did. I also live in a townhouse and they were very respectful to my neighbors. I would highly recommend them for any renovation project.
